Our Company provides project plan development by working with our clients and using Maps, Task sheets, Gantt Charts, and Timelines as formal approved documents to guide both project execution and project control.  We help plan and document assumptions and decisions, facilitate communication among stakeholders, and document approved scope and costs.  Our Project Planning Documents show exact start and finish dates and timeframes as to when a project’s tasks are to be achieved, and by whom, as well as other resources required for each individual task associated with the mining project.  By using Gantt charts we are also able to show the dependency relationship between different activities so that if one particular activity is falling behind schedule we can prepare for impact as it relates to delaying other tasks and creating potential cash flow problems.
